1. Overview

This policy applies to recurring and subscription-based service purchases made through our website at loncomconsulting.com, including monthly retainer engagements. It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions and Refund and Returns Policy.

2. Recurring Retainer Subscriptions

Monthly retainer services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By purchasing a retainer through our website, you authorise Loncom Consulting Ltd to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until the subscription is cancelled.

Billing cycle

Your retainer fee is charged on the same date each month from the date of your initial purchase. You will receive a receipt by email following each successful payment.

How to cancel

You may cancel your retainer subscription at any time by contacting us in writing at info@loncomconsulting.com with the subject line: Retainer Cancellation — [Your Company Name].

Cancellations require 28 days written notice. Your subscription will remain active and billable during the notice period. No further charges will be made after the notice period expires.

Effective date of cancellation

Cancellation takes effect 28 days from the date we receive your written cancellation request. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation within 2 business days.

3. One-Time Purchases

For one-time service purchases made through our website, cancellation is subject to our Refund and Returns Policy. Where a service has not yet commenced, a full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase.

4. What Happens After Cancellation

Following cancellation of a retainer subscription:

  • Access to any ongoing services included in your retainer will cease at the end of the notice period
  • Any work in progress at the point of cancellation will be scoped and agreed with you before the subscription ends
  • We will provide a summary of work completed and any relevant handover documentation
  • Any outstanding invoices remain payable in accordance with our Terms and Conditions

5. Refunds on Cancellation

Retainer fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable where services have been made available and work has commenced for that period. If a payment is charged after a valid cancellation request has been received and confirmed by us, we will issue a full refund for that charge.

6. Changes to Your Subscription

If you wish to modify the scope or value of your retainer rather than cancel it entirely, please contact us at info@loncomconsulting.com. Changes to retainer scope are subject to written agreement and will take effect from the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
