Meet the Team: Ksenija Meseldzija

Ksenija Meseldzija didn't exactly plan a career in HR and Operations - she found her way there by figuring out what she was naturally good at: working with people, bringing structure to things, and solving problems. Today, as People and Operations Manager at Loncom, that's exactly what she does every day.

At Loncom, Ksenija is People and Operations Manager, part of the team since April 2026. Her work covers the full HR scope - recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and building the procedures and policies that keep things running smoothly. A big part of her role is connecting the dots across the business - making sure people have clear processes to work with, spotting where things could run better, and turning those gaps into practical systems and ways of working. She also lends a hand on the sales and marketing side, a part of the business she's still getting to know.

"My background isn't the typical HR path. Along the way, I realised that organisation, problem-solving, and working with people suited me far more than following a strictly academic track. HR and Operations turned out to be a natural fit - they bring together the two things that have always come easily to me: people, and structure," says Ksenija Meseldzija, People and Operations Manager at Loncom Consulting.

She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education in Novi Sad, where she also worked as a Teaching Associate, and later began PhD studies. Before Loncom, she spent years across HR and operations roles - handling everything from administration and contracts to KPI tracking and business organisation - experience that now shows up in how she approaches her work at Loncom.

At Loncom, Ksenija is proud of the procedures and policies she's helped build from scratch - the kind of groundwork that doesn't always get noticed but makes everything else run better. She's just as proud of stepping into sales, a space that's new to her but one she's approaching with the same curiosity and drive she brings to everything else.

Since 2011, Ksenija has worked as a tennis referee - and over the years, that's put her on court for matches involving some of the biggest names in the sport, including Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer, Andy Murray, and John Isner, among many others. It's not the kind of detail that comes up on a typical CV, but it's very much part of who she is.

Ksenija has visited more than 50 countries - beach holidays, city breaks, winter trips, she's up for all of it. For her, though, good company matters just as much as the destination.

People sometimes read her as serious or a little strict on first impression - something that tends to change pretty quickly once they actually get to know her. Her ideal day off? Somewhere nice with her family, good food, a good drink, and nowhere she needs to be.
