Not every developer arrives with a computer science degree. Franjo Dumanovsky didn't - he taught himself instead, building his skills through side projects and freelance work. He ended up leading Loncom's development team, and it turns out that self-taught path suits him just as well.
Who He Is Today
At Loncom, Franjo is a Full Stack Developer and Team Lead, focused on integrations and custom application development. Day to day, that means leading a team of three developers, building custom apps, implementing integrations between the systems businesses rely on, and working directly with clients to turn their requirements into working software. He's comfortable across the full stack, working with:

The work he enjoys most sits right at the intersection of building and talking to people: custom app development, integration implementations, and the client meetings that shape them. The Road Here
Franjo is self-taught. He built his foundation the practical way - side projects, freelance work, online courses, and plenty of learning on the job - starting out in front-end development before growing into full stack work.
He joined Loncom as a developer and has spent the last two years building integrations and custom applications, moving steadily deeper into the kind of end-to-end work that spans a project from the first client conversation to the finished build - and today he leads Loncom's development team.
How He Thinks
"I like taking real-world business problems and solving them," Franjo says.
His approach blends planning and iteration - mapping out the shape of a solution first, then building and refining as it comes together. The thing he won't compromise on is the client: a technically elegant solution that doesn't actually make the client's life easier isn't a success in his book. He's happiest on projects that need both sides of him - the technical build and the direct relationship with the person he's building for.
Continued Learning
Franjo keeps sharpening his technical foundation alongside his day-to-day work. Right now he's deepening his expertise in AWS and the HubSpot CRM platform - two areas that sit at the core of the integration and custom-app work he does at Loncom, and that keep him close to both the infrastructure and the business systems his clients depend on.
Beyond the Office
Outside of Loncom, Franjo keeps busy at home and with a mix of hobbies that lean creative and strategic. A quick snapshot:
