The Road Here
Bosko's technical foundation was built early on. He studied Electrical Engineering Multimedia at the "Nikola Tesla" High School of Electrical Engineering before pursuing his studies at the University of Belgrade's School of Electrical Engineering (ETF).
Along the way, he spent a good portion of his journey helping middle and high school students master mathematics and physics, guiding them through exam preparations and problem-solving. That mentoring experience honed his ability to break down intricate technical challenges into clear, structured, and logical steps.
Before stepping into full-time CRM development, Bosko built broad practical experience, including two years working as a US truck dispatcher, managing high-stakes logistics, fast-paced coordination, and real-time problem-solving. Alongside this, he worked across IT support, web design (WordPress and Shopify), visual branding, and 3D interior design in SketchUp. This diverse background made his transition into HubSpot development a natural fit, combining his passion for system architecture, structured data, and clean execution.
How He Thinks
Bosko is exceptionally pedantic, meticulous, and detail-oriented by nature. He strictly believes in never leaving a task half-done, often taking the extra time required to double-check every setting, workflow branch, and data mapping property. For clients and teammates, that means systems that don't just work on the surface, but perform reliably and clean under the hood.
"Since perfection doesn't technically exist, my goal is simply to get as close to it as logically possible," Bosko says.
